We are a casual game developer that creates PC and mobile games. Our apps are available on the App Store, Google Play, Galaxy Store, and Amazon. We have 134 apps on Google Play and 111 apps on the App Store.

We produce game series with various themes. For example, the Dark Romance series focuses on players fighting for love, while the Mystery Tales series allows players to become detectives and solve complex cases. You can also find other game series on the Domini website.

Additionally, we release holiday-themed games like The Christmas Spirit and Halloween Chronicles.

We produce game series consisting of multiple episodes. The target audience for all of our games is women aged 30–50, particularly stay-at-home mothers on maternity leave who frequently leave comments and inquire about upcoming releases. We heavily rely on our whales — fans of the series who continuously download and play new game episodes.

The most profitable and promising markets for us include the United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, and France.
How we work with ASO
Five people, including two copywriters, are working on ASO at our company. The team is engaged in the entire cycle of optimization, from developing an ASO strategy and collecting a semantic core to analyzing its effectiveness and finding ways to improve our ASO performance.

We are currently focusing on working with the top 20 most promising games. This approach has already yielded results, as continuous work on ASO and A/B testing of metadata has increased conversion to app downloads from app store searches by up to 32% over the past 4 months. As a result, the games have started to appear in the top paid and top free lists on the App Store and Google Play.

1. Collecting the semantic core
We collect a semantic core for each game episode from various sources, including keyword suggestions from Asodesk and search suggestions from app stores, competitors' app metadata, and reports on their ASO effectiveness.

We use Keyword Manager and Keyword Auto-Suggestions in Asodesk to find more variants of keywords for our games.

Our ASO specialists have started playing the games to better understand the app features and find the most interesting keywords for the games. This highlights the importance of ASO specialists having a good understanding of the product they are working on and all its main features.

2. Creating app metadata
We release ten games every month across all app stores, and for each release, our ASO specialists create textual and visual metadata.

We like having the ability to create metadata in Optimizer. With this tool, we can quickly see the number of characters, word repeats, and stop words that should be removed from the metadata.

3. Analyzing competitors
Our ASO specialists conduct competitor analyses with the Competitors, ASO Comparative Report, and Organic Report tools in Asodesk to find keywords with the most potential for their apps, as well as ideas for creating screenshots and app icons.

We appreciate that Asodesk allows us to analyze competitors without adding them to our app list. This helps you to analyze everything you need — even if you have a plan with lower limits.

1. Analyzing featured reviews from the App Store and Google Play
It is easy to analyze featured reviews from all countries in one table using the Featured Reviews tool. There is no similar function in developer consoles, and yet it greatly streamlines our work with reviews.

2. Tracking, sorting, and replying to reviews
With the Reviews & Replies Board, we track new reviews, sort and tag them. It is so convenient to have all the apps in one place and the option to switch to the required game in just one click. It is also useful to sort reviews by the date they were posted. We also use the function of checking deleted reviews in Asodesk, which is not available on App Store Connect and Google Developer Console.

3. Tagging reviews
With the Tags tool, we track what users like in games and what problems they encounter. This helps us to understand how many players have encountered a specific bug in games.

4. Automatically replying to reviews
Using the Auto-Replies tool on Asodesk, we can automatically respond to reviews according to our predetermined settings. We currently use this tool only for short and positive reviews that can be easily answered with a simple thank-you message. This tool saves us at least two hours per day.

Thanks to this feature, we no longer need to spend time thinking about how to respond to each review. Instead, we can simply read the review and reply by the "Accept" button. In the future, we plan to implement Auto-Replies for negative reviews too.
